SESSIONS
TARGET GROUP: U12, U10, U8
Mini Stars sessions are for kids to have fun and provide an educational way to those young players new to the game or just recently introduced. Our young laxers enjoy learning new skills, taking part in mini games, and having fun forming new friendships.
Players are grouped by age and/or ability to maximise engagement and we welcome laxers of all abilities and experience from complete beginners to those who want extra lacrosse to sit alongside their club and school competition.
TARGET GROUP: U14, U16, U18
Our development sessions are for young athletes who have the passion and determination to achieve their goals in lacrosse. Our coaches have a wealth of experience in improving lacrosse skills and getting the best from young players who are keen to improve their game and take it to another level. Our focus is building on the fundamental skills and tactical awareness. At Future Stars we focus on junior players at a young age being able to move well, excellent skills and a good understanding of the game.
TARGET GROUP: U18 State Team players or entry is achieved through coach recommendation or trials.
Our High Performance group are for young athletes who have a passion and drive to achieve their lacrosse dreams. Future Stars coaches have a wealth of knowledge and experience in improving skills and getting the best out of players who want to represent their state, country and look at US college options. You will work with coaches and players at the highest level of the sport and have experience with the Australian Team and US college experience. If you are willing to work hard, we can help you.
Players and coaches work with in an environment where they are challenged, have freedom to create and feel comfortable making mistakes in order to test their boundaries. These sessions encourage learning in order to develop a well-rounded lacrosse player for future success.
